How do I pay?
You can pay in full at the time of booking through our online booking system. We accept payment during checkout to confirm your appointment.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens! We just ask for at least 48 hours notice and we'll reschedule.
How do I get the aftercare kit?
All regular clients automatically receive a complimentary aftercare kit at each appointment. No need to request - it's our treat!
Do I need to provide parking?
Yes. As a mobile nail salon clients are required to provide off-road parking at the appointment address. If this isn't possible, Please contact us before booking to discuss whether we can accommodate your appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through our booking system. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Can you remove nail productsapplied by another nail technician?
Yes, we can safely remove nail products applied elsewhere. Please select the appropriate removal service when booking.
What if I have damaged nails or a nail condition?
If you have any concerns about your nails or have a medical condition that may affect your treatment, please contact us before booking. In some cases, treatment may need to be postponed for your safety.
