Booking Policy

Glazed Nails

At Glazed Nails we're committed to providing a relaxing, professional and punctual experience. To help everything run smoothly, please take a moment to read our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. 

Booking Appointments

To keep things simple and secure, full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are made online through our booking system, and your booking will be confirmed as soon as the payment is completed. This helps us reserve your spot and provide the best possible service. If you have any questions or need help before booking, we're always happy to help - just reach out!

Payments
  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will always be informed of any price updates before booking.

Mobile Service Area
  • Glazed Nails is a mobile service. Travel is included within our local service area.

  • Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard radius - these will be discussed before booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • We understand that plans can change. While payments are non-refundable, we're happy to reschedule once if you let us know in advance. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment.

  • Changes requested with less than 48 hours' notice of your scheduled booking may not be eligible for rescheduling.  

  • Unfortunately, same day changes or no-shows cannot be rescheduled as we're unable to fill the time at short notice.

  • If you're unsure or need help feel free to get in touch - we're always happy to help where we can.

Late Arrivals
  • Please ensure that you're ready for your appointment at the scheduled time.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your payment may be forfeited.

Nail Prep
  • Please ensure nails are free from product (unless a soak-off is booked) and hands are clean before your appointment begins.

  • If additional prep or removal time is required and not pre-booked, it may reduce your service time or incur and extra charge.

Gift Vouchers
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Client Care
  • Glazed Nails reserves the right to refuse service if a client shows signs of contagious conditions (eg fungal infections, open wounds, etc).

  • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities when booking.

Content & Social Media
  • With your permission, photos or videos may be taken of your nails for social media or portfolio purposes.
