Glazed Nails is a mobile nail salon providing professional natural nail and manicure services across the High Peak and Cheshire.

2. Use of this Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or make a booking.

  • You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content on this site without written permission.

3. Bookings and Deposits

  • Appointments can be made through our booking platform or approved contact methods.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • ​Your booking is confirmed only once your deposit has been received.

  • By booking, you agree to our Booking Terms & Conditions, available in our Booking Policy. 

4. Payments

  • Remaining balances are due on the day of service via bank transfer, card or cash.

  • Prices shown are subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

5. Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

  • Expired gift cards will not be accepted.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in the full service cost being charged.

  • Refunds are not available for completed services unless there is a genuine issue, at our discretion.

  • By booking your agree to our refund terms and conditions available in our Refund Policy.

7. Mobile Service Policy

  • Please ensure a safe, well lit, and accessible space is available for mobile appointments.

  • Parking and access must be arranged in advance if necessary.

  • Travel outside our main service are may incur a small additional fee.

8. Health & safety

  • Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or infections that may affect treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of contagious conditions or health concerns.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and layout is owned by or licenses to Glazed Nails. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

10. Photography & Marketing

  • With your permission, photos or videos of your nails may be used on our social media platforms and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know before your appointment.

11. Liability

  • Glazed Nails is not responsible for any allergic reactions or damage caused by undisclosed conditions or improper aftercare.

  • While every care is taken, services are provided at your own risk.
