Cancellation Policy

1. Booking your Appointment Full payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment and allow us to prepare your personalised service. 2. Mobile Service & Travel We bring the salon to you! Please ensure there is safe parking available at your address. Our vehicle requires a level surface to park. Travel within 30 minutes of the High Peak is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this range. 3 Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens and wherever possible we Ian to be flexible. Please note the following: Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with a full refund or have your payment transferred to a future date. Cancellations made within 24 - 48 hours notice: A 50% refund will be issued, with the remaining balance covering time reserved and travel preparation. Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows: Unfortunately, we're unable to offer a refund at this stage, as this time cannot be reallocated. 4. Late Arrivals or access issues If we're unable to begin your appointment on time due to your late arrival, lack of safe, level parking or access delays, your service may need to be shortened or cancelled. In these cases the appointment is non-refundable. If we need to cancel: On the rare occasion we need to cancel your appointment, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that suits you. Thank you for your understanding and for valuing the time and care that goes into each Glazed Nails appointment. 6. Aftercare & Maintenance We'll provide your with aftercare advice to keep your nails looking flawless. Results vary depending on your natural nails and lifestyle. Glazed Nails cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare. 8. Photos & Social Media We love showcasing our work! With your consent, photos or videos of your nails may be used on social media or marketing. You're welcome to request that no images are shared. 9. Right to Refuse Service To ensure a relaxed, safe and hygienic experience for everyone, we may occasionally need to decline or discontinue a service if suitable conditions are not in place. This may include concerns relating to client behaviour, safety, hygiene standards or the working environment. In these situations the appointment may be cancelled as is non - refundable. We can't wait to bring the glow and gloss of Glazed Nails right to your door!
