At Glazed Nails, every effort is made to ensure that you're completely happy with your experience and results. As all services are delivered personally and tailored to each client, please read our refund policy carefully before booking.
Services

All nail services are non-refundable once completed, as time, products, and expertise have already been provided.

If you experience an issue with your nails within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll happily assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary repair or touch-up.

After 48 hours, any fixes or repairs may incur a small fee.
Booking Fees

All booking fees are non-refundable.

If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a future appointment once.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of the booking fee.

Gift Vouchers & Packages
Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They may, however, be transferred to another person with prior approval.
Products

For hygiene reasons, all nail care products and tools purchased through Glazed Nails are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.

Faulty products must be reported within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
Refusal of Service

Glazed Nails reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if a client presents with contagious conditions or inappropriate behaviour. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
