Cancellation Policy

1. Booking your Appointment All appointments must be booked in advance through our official system or messaging service. A £10 non-refundable deposit (or percentage of service) is required to secure your slot. Your booking will only be confirmed once your deposit has been received. 2. Mobile Service & Travel We bring the salon to you! Please ensure there is safe parking, and a clean well-lit space with access to toilet facilities. (if needed). Travel within 30 minutes of the High Peak is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this range. 3 Cancellations & Rescheduling 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule your appointment, Your deposit can be transferred once to a new date. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. No - shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. 4. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this time, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. 5 Health & Hygiene Please let us know before your appointment if you have any allergies, infections, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment. We cannot perform services on clients with contagious nail or skin conditions. Clean, product-free hands are required before service. 6. Aftercare & Maintenance We'll provide your with aftercare advice to keep your nails looking flawless. Results vary depending on your natural nails and lifestyle. Glazed Nails cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare. 7 Payments The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment by bank transfer/card or cash. Prices are subject to change but will always be confirmed upon booking. 8. Photos & Social Media We love showcasing our work! With your consent, photos or videos of your nails may be used on social media or marketing. You're welcome to request that no images are shared. 9. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to decline service for reasons including: Inappropriate behaviour Health or hygiene concerns Unsafe working conditions 10. Agreement By booking with Glazed Nails you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. We can't wait to bring the glow and gloss of Glazed Nails right to your door!
